In the midst of the Great Recession was Scott’s next challenge, a bankrupt community, Seasons at Prince Creek West, located in Murrells Inlet, SC. He and his team transformed the property, selling more than $100M of active adult product, making it the top selling 55+ active adult community on the Grand Strand.
